CPTA
The Canada Pacific Trials Association (CPTA) holds a three to four competition series every year organized by me, my family and volunteers. Most seasons three out of four competitions are held at Belcarra (Burrard Thermal Plant) in Porty Moody (Google Directions). The remaining are held outside Vancouver at places such as Whistler.

Registration
Registration is mandatory and is recommend that riders register ahead of time. However, all riders can register prior to the competition on competition day. Registration details will be annouced closer to the start of the season. For more information email or call me at 604-469-1593.
CPTA Registration Cost
By joining CPTA you will be insured for the entire year thru Cycling BC, plus you will be helping to keep our riding area used by many more people in order to keep the area for this purpose.
- Individual: $50 Family $55
Clinics/Socials
A specific trials bike is not needed, even training wheels are ok! Steve, Jason, John Goodwin, Mitchell Long and other pro rider volunteers are always a great hit with the kids. The clinics are fun for the entire family. There is no cost for the clinics. We hold these before the season begins so everyone can come out and get the kinks worked out before the competitions begin. This year we will be making it a little more like a competition with 4 sections for the kids and parents to try out to see if they would like to try one of the CPTA competitions.
It is also a good time to try your hand at setting a section or two and the hot dogs, drinks and music are always flowing! Please make sure that your kids have proper safety gear and a working bike. Sorry, we do not provide safety gear or bikes.
